A new chapter begins
It was wonderful to gather for our first meeting and officially launch our new Christian book club.
We agreed our book club name, Ink and Spirit, and selected our first read, ’The Purpose Driven Life’ by Rick Warren.
The idea behind Ink and Spirit is for it to be a relaxing, non-intimidating book club for everyone, whether you’re a regular reader or someone who hardly ever picks up a book. It’s not a Bible study. It’s simply an enjoyable way to explore different Christian books and authors, share thoughts, reflect and be part of a warm, friendly group.
We’re a group of six already but there’s still room for more. We meet alternate months on the 1st Thursday of the month. Please see our calendar for dates.
